Return Policy

This notice discloses the return policies of the S. Harris Styles group of companies.

Nothing makes us happier than satisfied customers. We do our best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience.

While we understand that customers are sometimes have second thoughts about their purchases, we are unable to accept returns of COVID-19 masks unless they are in their original unopened packaging, and within 30 days of delivery.

If you are dissatisfied with an item, we want to quickly correct the problem. Our masks come with a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee. You may cancel your order any time before it is shipped.

We will gladly replace your item under the following conditions:
  • Defects in workmanship or product quality
  • Incorrect size or style (for example, child size instead of adult.)
If you need to return a mask, and the conditions above have been met, please login and go to your account settings. Click on the Return Material Authorization form and fill in the required details. 

If your refund is approved, you should receive it within three weeks of returning your order, depending of the delivery method you choose in returning it to us.
